Tenant Fees | Assured Shorthold Tenancy Agreements

The following is a detailed list of Fees and Charges that may be incurred before, during and after a Tenancy arranged by Pomp Properties Limited.

Pre-Tenancy Tenant Fees

Holding Deposit | One week rent

Security Deposit | Five weeks rent and increasing to six weeks rent if the annual rent exceeds £50,000 per annum

Tenancy Agreement Addendum | £50 including VAT per Addendum

 

 

Tenant Fees | All other Tenancy Agreements outside of an Assured Shorthold Agreement

 

 

Pre-Tenancy Tenant Fees & Administration Fees

Tenant Fees (Individual)

Tenancy Preparation Fee | £240 including VAT for a single occupant to cover tenancy negotiations, referencing, Right to Rent Checks and arrangement of the Tenancy Agreement. If any guarantors are needed to support the applicant or additional tenants to the Agreement will be charged at £60 including VAT per reference and Right to Rent Check (where applicable).

Company Fees

Tenancy Preparation Fee | £300 including VAT to cover tenancy negotiations, referencing, Right to Rent (where applicable) and arrangement of the Tenancy Agreement.

Other charges

Renewal Tenancy Preparation Fee | £120 including VAT

Tenancy Agreement Addendum | £60 including VAT

Right to Rent Check per person | £6 including VAT

Written Rental Demand.

If a rental payment is late, we will send you a written rental demand. The charge for each and every written rental demand is £30 including VAT.

Cancelled Payment.

If a cheque issued by the Tenant has to be re-presented or is marked refer to drawer or if a standing order payment made is recalled there will be a charge of £30 including VAT to cover our costs.

Failure to keep appointment.

If during your tenancy, we have to re-arrange an appointment for the purposes of periodic inspection or a check out there will be a charge of up to £60 including VAT. This charge will apply should it be necessary to re-arrange your check-out inspection as we are charged by 3rd parties for cancellations and to reschedule last minute.

Tenants Inventory check in charges at the beginning of the tenancy agreement are as follows:

2 Bedroom£132 including VAT
3 Bedroom£144 including VAT
4 Bedroom£168 including VAT
5 BedroomPrice on Request
6 BedroomPrice on Request

The relevant charge will be included in your Initial Deposit Breakdown and to be settled prior to move in.
