Managing Director

Adam Sheikh brings a lifelong passion for property to his role as Managing Director. Raised in a family immersed in the industry, Adam developed a natural understanding of property from an early age—a foundation that has shaped his sharp business acumen and leadership style.

A Law graduate from Brunel University London, Adam blends legal expertise with a strategic eye for marketing and communications. Fluent in Spanish and driven by a love for culture and language, he brings a global perspective and adaptability that sets him apart in a competitive market.

As Managing Director, Adam leads with vision, integrity, and a relentless drive to deliver exceptional results. His approach is both dynamic and hands-on, reflecting his deep-rooted commitment to excellence across every aspect of the business.

When he’s not leading the charge at work, Adam is either at Stamford Bridge cheering on Chelsea or on the mats training in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, MMA, and Wrestling—where his determination and competitive spirit are just as present.

Head of Sales

Simon is a highly experienced professional and a key pillar of the Pomp team, bringing unparalleled expertise and a sharp instinct for negotiation. With years of experience in the property industry, he approaches every challenge with skill and precision, ensuring that all deals are structured for the best possible outcome. His ability to navigate complex negotiations with confidence and finesse makes him an invaluable asset to both clients and colleagues alike.

Dedicated to delivering exceptional service, Simon is known for his strategic thinking and unwavering commitment to achieving the best results. His unique blend of expertise and charisma ensures that every transaction is handled with professionalism and a touch of finesse, making every client’s experience seamless and rewarding.

Outside of work, Simon enjoys playing chess and spending quality time with his family.

Zara M.

Head of Property Maintenance

Zara is Pomp’s dedicated property manager, who over the time has built strong & trusting relationships with all Landlords from across the globe & aided Tenants throughout their stays. Zara believes that studying Law at UCL has aided her in progressing in the field of property management as she has transferred her learned skills.

In her downtime, Zara enjoys acquiring knowledge about the history of fashion, art & design - the latter of which was acquired by regular visits to the V&A museum. She is also fond of English Literature and enjoys travelling.

Hassan Tareque

Senior Administrator

Hassan is a dedicated and detail-oriented Senior Administrator with a strong background in property management since 2021. He plays a crucial role in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, overseeing safety compliance, marketing, and tenant relations. His expertise in managing tenancy agreements, deposit protection, and contractor coordination makes him an essential part of the Pomp team.

Before transitioning into property, Hassan built a career in the textile industry, where he honed his communication and organisational skills—qualities he now applies effectively in his current role. Holding an M.A. in English Literature and a Bachelor's in English Language & Literature, he brings a sharp analytical mindset and a meticulous approach to administration and client management.

Outside of work, Hassan is a passionate Manchester United fan and enjoys hiking, embracing both mental and physical challenges. His adaptability, commitment to excellence, and problem-solving abilities make him a key asset to the team.

Lettings Property Consultant

Lidia is the newest member of the Pomp team, bringing her expertise in marketing and a keen enthusiasm for the London property market. Eager to learn and grow, she is quickly soaking up all there is to know about lettings, ensuring she provides tenants with insightful, tailored advice for a seamless rental experience. With a sharp eye for detail and a passion for real estate, she is committed to making the process as smooth and stress-free as possible.

Beyond property, Lidia is a passionate storyteller, often reflecting on human experiences through her popular blog. She enjoys designing her own clothes, drawing inspiration from art and literature, and finds balance through reading, meditation, and creative exploration. Whether in property or her creative pursuits, Lidia brings a thoughtful and artistic touch to everything she does.

Prince

Chief Relaxation Officer (CRO)

Prince, our adored office cat, proudly serves as the Chief Relaxation Officer at Pomp Properties. With his calming presence and unrivalled lounging skills, Prince ensures the office remains a serene and stress-free space for everyone.

Prince’s daily duties include sunbeam naps, encouraging regular cuddle breaks, and keeping a watchful eye over the team from his favourite windowsill. He’s also a master of finding the cosiest spots in the office—qualities we believe align perfectly with our mission to help you find your perfect home!

When he’s not ensuring the office runs smoothly, Prince can be found watching birds, playing with his toys, and reminding us all that sometimes the best way to handle a busy day is to take a moment, pause, and purr.
