A Law graduate from Brunel University London, Adam blends legal expertise with marketing and communications insight, while his fluency in Spanish reflects his global outlook. Known for his integrity, drive, and hands-on approach, Adam leads the business with focus and creativity, ensuring clients receive the highest standards of service. His leadership style is dynamic, innovative, and rooted in trust. Away from work, Adam can be found supporting Chelsea at Stamford Bridge or training in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, MMA, and Wrestling, where his determination and competitive spirit are just as clear.

With a Law degree from UCL, Zara has transferred her legal knowledge into practical skills that support her work in property, strengthening her ability to solve problems and deliver clear solutions. Outside of her role, Zara is passionate about fashion, art, and design, interests she nurtures through frequent visits to the V&A Museum. She also has a deep love of English Literature and enjoys travelling whenever she can.

She began her property career in Notting Hill, where she worked as a lettings negotiator and quickly developed a deep knowledge of the London rental market. Her friendly and approachable style makes her a trusted guide for tenants and landlords alike. At Pomp, Luiza is committed to making the letting and move-in process as smooth as possible, offering support through paperwork, questions, and every step in between. She aims not only to help people move in, but to ensure they find a home they truly enjoy living in for years to come. Known for her dedication and positive energy, Luiza helps create a stress-free and enjoyable experience for clients. Away from work, she is a keen traveller, a book lover, and has a growing collection of fridge magnets from her journeys.

Chief Relaxation Officer (CRO)

Prince is the beloved office cat at Pomp Properties, proudly holding the title of Chief Relaxation Officer. With his calm presence and natural charm, he helps keep the office atmosphere light, relaxed, and welcoming for the whole team. Prince’s daily routine includes curling up in sunny spots, encouraging well-timed cuddle breaks, and watching over everyone from his favourite windowsill. His playful side shines through in his love of toys and his endless curiosity for the world outside. Staff and visitors alike appreciate his ability to remind them that even on the busiest days, it is important to pause and breathe. Prince is also an expert in locating the most comfortable corners of the office, proving that relaxation is an art form. Beyond his professional duties, he enjoys birdwatching, playtime, and demonstrating that sometimes the best way to work better is to take a moment to purr.
